WorkTime

Whether you are trying to monitor your productivity or wanting to accurately bill clients, there are many times we wish someone tracked us with a stopwatch. WorkTime attempts to be that and more as this innovative system measures a collection of different activities on the computer.
This download presents itself as a small box that discreetly tucks itself into the bottom corner of your desktop. Once activated, a clock begins to tick. There are drop-down menus for users who want to differentiate their time among separate users, projects, or activities. A handful of colorful icons allow users to look at options and reports, and stop and start the program. WorkTime really comes to life when its reports are opened. The report window showcases everything you have been doing on the computer. Users can view their productivity three different ways, either through the calendar, a spreadsheet-like grid, or a bar chart. We were able to very easily divide up our projects. Users will find the various reports looking at overall data analysis, program utilization, and how long users focused on a specific project helpful for getting a clearer picture of their usage.
Users will have more than enough time to get acquainted with the program with its 30-day trial period. We recommend this program for those looking to keep a closer eye on their work life.
